Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Fragrances (Attars & Perfume Oils)

  • Prayer Mats

  • Islamic Caps (if tried on)

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for:

  • A different size (if available)

  • A replacement for a defective or wrong item

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Note:

5. Refunds
